You''ll play a critical role in attracting, engaging, and hiring large numbers of top-quality agents and support roles to support our fast-growing operations as well as driving social value sourcing initiatives. You''ll act as a trusted advisor and business partner, collaborating closely with stakeholders across Operations, HR, Training, and Workforce Management to deliver recruitment strategies that meet both business and client needs. Your focus: fast, efficient, and high-quality recruitment. You''ll support the growth and management of our offshore teams to ensure they work to the required standard. The role requires you to be on site a minimum of 3 days per week. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (may perform other duties as requested not specifically addressed in this document) Lead the full lifecycle recruitment process for large-scale operational hires, from role briefing and sourcing to offer and onboarding.
