Fletchers Group . We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Business Partner to lead end-to-end hiring across key areas of our business. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to deliver a seamless candidate experience, proactively source talent (ideally using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter), and contribute to improving our recruitment processes and strategy. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in professional services recruitment—ideally legal—who’s confident, proactive, and passionate about connecting great people with great roles.Location: Birmingham/ Hybrid • Salary: up to £40,000 DOEIn Return Fletchers Offers

Lead the recruitment and selection process for allocated parts of the business, working with senior management and providing an excellent candidate experienceCollaborate with recruiting managers to ensure job descriptions are prepared and maintained in line with guidance and best practiceAdvise hiring managers on adverts, CV reviews, interview questions, and candidate experienceUpload vacancies to and manage applications within the ATSManage online recruitment portals (including job boards)Support relationships with recruitment agenciesManage Careers website content to attract candidatesProduce reports on recruitment statistics from internal and external data sourcesMonitor internal tracking documentsEnsure the interview process runs smoothly for candidates and managersCommunicate progression and outcomes to candidates, including offers and follow-upAttend recruitment events to represent Fletchers as a good employerSupport other members of the Recruitment team as requiredEssential Skills And Experience

Deep knowledge and experience of leading professional recruitment processes in a professional services environment, ideally in the legal sectorExperience proactively sourcing candidates and networking to promote opportunities (ideally using LinkedIn Recruiter)Experience building networks to support resourcing, ideally within the legal sectorExperience contributing to improvements in recruitment processes and practicesProven ability to provide a positive candidate experience in a high-volume recruitment environmentStrong administrative skills in a Recruitment or HR environmentExcellent people and customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships across the businessPositive, proactive approach and willingness to support colleaguesTeam-oriented with a commitment to developmentExcellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)Experience writing and uploading text/advertisements to recruitment websitesAbility to record and analyse data accurately and present findingsAbility to work independently and challenge current practices where necessaryAbout Fletchers Group: Fletchers is a fast-growing, dynamic law firm specialising in personal injury and clinical negligence law.
