Recruitment Branch Manager

The OpportunityWe''re looking for a commercially driven, hands-on Branch Manager to lead our education recruitment division. Managing a team of consultants, you will take full ownership of branch performance, culture, and growth.This is a billing leadership role - you will run your own desk, lead from the front, and set the benchmark for sales and delivery across the team.Working in close partnership with the Compliance Manager, you will ensure the branch operates to the highest standards of safeguarding and compliance, while maintaining full operational oversight. Reporting directly to the board, you will have real influence on strategy, performance, and direction.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership and Team PerformanceLead, motivate, and develop a team of 13 to exceed targetsCreate a high-performance, accountable, and positive office cultureManage performance through regular 1:1s, appraisals, and structured reviewsCoach and develop consultants at all levels, building a strong talent pipelineSales and Business GrowthDrive branch revenue through new business and client retentionBuild strong relationships with schools, academies, and multi-academy trustsIdentify and capitalise on market opportunitiesMaintain a personal billing desk, leading from the frontTraining and DevelopmentDeliver structured onboarding and ongoing training programmesSupport continuous professional development across the teamEnsure consistent standards of performance and service deliveryCompliance and ..... full job details .....
