The Role As Branch Manager, you ll be responsible for the overall performance of the branch, combining strategic leadership with hands-on recruitment expertise. You will: Lead and manage a team of recruitment consultants and support staff Drive business development activity to win new industrial clients Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts Ensure delivery targets and KPIs are consistently met or exceeded Oversee high-volume temporary and permanent placements Monitor branch PandL, budgets, and profitability Implement best practices and ensure compliance with industry regulations Coach, mentor, and develop your team to maximise performance About You We re looking for someone who brings both leadership and billing experience: Proven experience within industrial recruitment (essential) Previous leadership or management experience within a recruitment environment ..... full job details .....
