Recruitment Associate Location: Head Office Wakefield, West Yorkshire Hours: Mon Fri, 9am to 5.30pm We are a well-established team of recruitment specialists, connecting talented individuals with leading organisations across the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Pharmacy, and Life Sciences sectors. We are currently looking for a Recruitment Associate to join our team at our Head Office in Wakefield, West Yorkshire. About You: We are seeking a driven and commercially minded individual with a background in sales, recruitment or customer service. You will be confident engaging with candidates, with a natural ability to build rapport, understand motivations, and effectively promote job opportunities. This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a more active role in the commercial side of recruitment, rather than purely administrative tasks.
