HR & Recruitment Coordinator (Temporary)
Location: Rugby
Hours: Full-time - Site based (car driver essential due to location)
Rate: £14.50-£15.50 per hour (depending on experience)

Immediate Start | Temporary Assignment
SF Partners are delighted to be supporting a well-established engineering and manufacturing organisation in the search for a HR & Recruitment Coordinator to join their busy HR team on a temporary basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous Recruitment coordination or HR Administration experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in providing an exceptional candidate and employee experience.
Working closely with the HR Manager, you''ll play a key role in supporting the recruitment process and day-to-day HR administration during a period of increased workload.
What you''ll be doing:
- Coordinating recruitment activity across multiple vacancies.
- Posting job adverts across various job boards
- Managing the recruitment inbox and screening applications.
- Forwarding suitable CVs to hiring managers.
- Arranging interviews and liaising with candidates.
- Chasing hiring managers for job descriptions and recruitment documentation.
- Preparing and issuing offer letters using existing templates.
- Carrying out reference and Right to Work checks.
- Supporting with onboarding administration and ensuring all pre-employment checks are completed.
- Providing general HR administrative support to the wider team.
About You:
- Previous experience within HR administration, recruitment coordination or talent acquisition.
- Confident using job boards and online recruitment platforms.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working to deadlines.
- A proactive communicator who enjoys building relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- A full UK driving licence is essential due to the location.
