Recruitment Area Manager

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an ambitious Recruitment Area Manager to lead and develop our Industrial Engineering (Blue Collar) temporary recruitment division across our Redditch, Birmingham and Wolverhampton branches.As a Recruitment Area Manager, you will manage a team of consultants across all locations, with responsibility for developing and expanding the team as the business continues to grow. This is a hands-on role requiring a strong blend of leadership, business development and strategic planning.The successful Recruitment Area Manager will be actively involved in winning new business, attending client visits, developing key accounts and identifying opportunities for growth across the region. Alongside managing team performance, the Recruitment Area Manager will play a key role in shaping the future direction of our temporary recruitment offering.Key responsibilities:Lead, manage and develop a team of consultants across Redditch, Birmingham and Wolverhampton.Grow our Industrial Engineering (Blue Collar) temporary recruitment division.Generate new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships.Attend client meetings and site visits to develop long-term partnerships.Create and implement strategic growth plans across the region.Coach, mentor and support consultants to ..... full job details .....
