Following the induction period, the role has the flexibility to work from home and travel to sites as business needs requireThis is an exciting new role playing a pivotal part in the development of the Recruitment strategy, processes and procedures for this growing business.DescriptionReporting to the Group HR Director, this role is a stand-alone Recruitment role within a busy HR team. This is a new role so allowing an exciting opportunity to develop the Recruitment function. This will include but not limited to:Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top candidates Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and align recruitment plans.Maintain and improve the employer brand to attract and retain talent.Analyse and report on recruitment metrics to optimise hiring processes.Support the development of internal talent pipelines and succession planning.Lead initiatives to enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion in ..... full job details .....
