A well-established multi-site food manufacturer is looking to appoint a HR and Recruitment Advisor to join the HR team to support their people centric culture, attract top talent and manage the end to end recruitment process. The RoleKey responsibilities include:Hiring: Run recruitment campaigns for all job types, from factory floor staff up to technical and office-based roles.Onboarding: Conduct screening calls, interview candidates and manage the full onboarding process for new starters.Staff Retention: Work with the HR team to create long-term plans for staff wellbeing, engagement and team motivation.Compliance: Make sure all hiring follows UK employment laws, including GDPR, Right to Work visas and Modern Slavery checks.Tracking and Social Media: Run the company''s job-related social media pages and track monthly hiring data and costs.Local Networks: Build relationships with local job centres, schools and colleges to promote the company as a great place to work.
