Recruitment and Onboarding Co-ordinatorRate of Pay: 13.47 per hour PAYE Location: One Friargate, Coventry, CV1 2FL with requirement to attend Council offices and locations for onsite Right to Work verifications. Contract: Temporary basis until September 2026, with potential permanent opportunities available Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm (30-minute unpaid break)This role will be office-based during the initial training period. The duration of training will be confirmed by the hiring manager upon commencement. Following training, the role will move to a hybrid working pattern - 2 days per week onsite.Purpose of the Role Opus People Solutions aare currently recruiting for a Recruitment and Onboarding Co-ordinator to join a busy and fast-paced team supporting recruitment compliance and onboarding activities on behalf of our Client, Coventry City Council.This role is ideal for an experienced onboarding or recruitment compliance professional who has a strong understanding of Right to Work requirements, DBS processes, and recruitment legislation.
