Recruitment and Marketing Administrator Care Home: Head Office Hours per week: 40 Salary: 21,000 - 25,500 per annum About the role: We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Recruitment and Marketing Administrator to support our recruitment and marketing functions. The Recruitment and Marketing Administrator will assist with duties across both teams to ensure effective recruitment and marketing activities across the organisation. Key responsibilities: Place and monitor vacancy advertisements on our ATS System, supporting with the scheduling of interviews where necessary Maintain accurate recruitment and marketing records, trackers, and compliance documentation Support our Recruitment Advisors with pre-employment checks Assist with the creation, scheduling, and posting of recruitment and marketing content Support the marketing team with general administration duties Assist with monitoring engagement and responding to enquiries where appropriate Maintain marketing materials and ensure information is current and accurate Benefits of working with Runwood Homes: 28 days Paid Holiday Pension Scheme Blue Light Card and access to various other discounts on travel, restaurants, days out and leisure Employee Assistance Scheme that is also available to ..... full job details .....
