Recruitment Advisor

We''re looking for a passionate and proactive Resourcing Advisor to join our People Team and lead recruitment and onboarding activity across the charity. Supporting more than 750 colleagues across a wide range of services, you''ll play a key role in helping managers attract exceptional talent, deliver a positive candidate experience and build a sustainable workforce for the future. About the role This is a varied and rewarding role that combines recruitment expertise, workforce planning, manager support and continuous improvement. You will: • Lead end to end recruitment campaigns across a diverse range of roles and services. • Act as a trusted advisor to managers, providing guidance on recruitment, attraction and workforce planning. • Develop engaging recruitment campaigns using social media, advertising platforms, talent pools and professional networks. • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners, ensuring quality, value for money and ..... full job details .....
