As a Recruitment Advisor in the not-for-profit sector, you''ll support the day-to-day recruitment process, ensuring the organisation attracts and secures the right talent. Based in Worcester, you''ll be a key part of the Human Resources team, helping the organisation run smoothly by managing hiring needs efficiently. Client Details An established and highly respected organisation within the education sector is seeking an experienced Recruitment Advisor to join its Human Resources team on an interim fixed-term basis. They are based in Worcester and the role will be hybrid. Description As Recruitment Advisor, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a diverse range of vacancies. Working closely with managers and stakeholders, you''ll provide expert recruitment advice, deliver effective attraction strategies, support candidate sourcing initiatives, and ensure a positive candidate experience from application through to onboarding. Managing end-to-end recruitment campaigns from advert creation through to onboarding. Partnering with hiring managers to develop recruitment and selection strategies. Providing advice on recruitment best practice, policies, procedures and employment legislation. Supporting shortlisting and interview processes. Managing pre-employment screening and compliance checks. Developing innovative sourcing and attraction strategies, including social media and talent pooling.
