Recruitment Advisor

Artis HR Recruitment is looking for an ambitious recruiter with exceptional attention to detail who is keen to make an impact in a growing company. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and expanding organisation within the financial services industry as a Recruitment Advisor.

About the Role

As part of the in-house recruitment team, you will play a key role in shaping the future of the business by attracting and hiring the best talent across a variety of service lines. This is a high-impact role where you''ll manage end-to-end recruitment, build strong stakeholder relationships, and directly source top candidates to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
-Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles at pace

-Lead on direct sourcing (LinkedIn outreach, talent pooling, networking) to reduce agency dependency

-Create compelling job adverts and attraction strategies in partnership with hiring managers

-Conduct screening interviews and coordinate the full interview and offer process

-Maintain accurate recruitment data in the ATS, ensuring reporting is clear and accessible

-Collaborate on employer branding and recruitment campaigns

-Support strategic hiring plans and bring fresh ideas to improve recruitment practices

-Keep up-to-date with recruitment market trends and advise on best practice


About You

We''re looking for someone who is:
-Ambitious, proactive, and eager to develop in a growing organisation

-Highly organised with strong attention to detail

-Confident in direct sourcing and headhunting via platforms like LinkedIn

-Experienced in managing a high-volume recruitment workload

-Strong at building relationships and acting as a trusted hiring partner

-Solutions-focused, resilient, and passionate about delivering an excellent candidate experience

-Experienced with ATS/recruitment systems (Workday experience is a plus)

Skills & Experience
-Proven experience in either in-house or agency recruitment (professional/financial services preferred)

-Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

-Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel

-Degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
