      <description>Location: Berkshire | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Permanent | AWE is seeking a  Recruitment Advisor  to join the team at a pivotal and exciting time of transformation. This role will take ownership of the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, delivering a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers-from initial role approval through to offer and successful onboarding into the business.      Location:  Located in Reading, with free onsite parking.      Package:  Up to -44,000 (depending on your suitability, qualifications, and level of experience)      Working pattern:  AWE operates a 9-day working fortnight.
