Recruitment Admin/Resourcer

We are working closely with a well established recruitment business who are looking for a key support to a senior consultant of theirs. Operating within the built environment, the consultant in question needs support in the following areas;

• CRM admin
• Linkedin posts/updates
• mailshots for candidate generation
• resourcing candidates
• qualifying calls with candidates
• feeding quality candidates through to consultants for interview/briefings

You would be working in a professional environment with high standards and alongside some very experienced consultants who would help you to settle in. You would be paid commission on every placement you find candidates for at a decent rate which would impact your earnings significantly.

Ideally, you will have a minimum of 2 years in a similar role and be happy to work in a targetted, professional environment.
