Pertemps Newcastle is looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused Recruitment Administrator / Resourcer to join our team on a longterm temporary basis.
This is a varied role combining recruitment administration and candidate resourcing, supporting the recruitment team to deliver a high-quality service to both candidates and clients.
You'll be an important part of the team, helping to keep the recruitment process running smoothly while also actively sourcing and engaging with candidates for a range of vacancies.
As a Recruitment Administrator / Resourcer, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the recruitment team
- Advertising vacancies across relevant job boards and recruitment platforms
- Sourcing suitable candidates using job boards, databases and other recruitment channels
- Reviewing CVs and carrying out initial candidate screening
- Contacting candidates to discuss their experience, availability and suitability for vacancies
- Registering candidates and ensuring their details and documentation are accurate and up to date
- Arranging interviews and coordinating appointments between candidates and clients
- Supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Maintaining accurate candidate and vacancy records
- Completing general recruitment administration and compliance checks
- Assisting consultants with candidate searches and shortlisting
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with candidates
- Providing a professional and responsive service to candidates and clients
- Working as part of a busy team to meet recruitment deadlines and targets
You'll ideally have experience in recruitment, administration, customer service or a similar people-focused environment. Recruitment experience would be advantageous, but it's not essential.
