Recruitment Administrator
We''re looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Recruitment Administrator on a 3-month temporary basis to support our busy recruitment team in delivering high-quality staffing services to clients and candidates.
About the role
You''ll play a key part in keeping recruitment operations running smoothly, handling data, supporting consultants, and ensuring a professional experience for candidates and clients.
Key responsibilities
* Provide administrative support across the recruitment process
* Manage and update candidate, client, and vacancy data using CRM systems
* Processing vacancy booking confirmations to candidates and clients
* Respond to queries and deliver excellent customer service
* Maintain accurate records in line with GDPR and compliance standards
* Assist with reports, documentation, and general office administration
What we''re looking for
* Strong administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Word & Excel)
* Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Desirable
* Experience in recruitment or a CRM system
* Knowledge of compliance or agency worker processes
