Recruitment Administrator
Temporary - 2 months Monday to Friday - 8.45am till 4.45pm Coventry (CV6) - Fridays can be worked from home £13.50 - £14 per hour Our client, a reputable and friendly organisation based in Coventry, are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to help for 2 months whilst they open a new site. This role will including shortlisting CVs, arranging interviews, supportin with interviewing and general administration. Recruitment/Administration experience and confidence over the phone is a must, as this person will need to hit the ground running. The Key Responsibilities: Supporting hiring managers by advertising vacancies and managing the ATS Coordination of interiviews - communicating with candidates and assisting with onboarding activities Providing admin support to the recruitment manager Prepare and publish engaging adverts, deal with advert response, answering queries etc Liaising with hiring managers Where appropriate, participating in interviews and assessment centres Complete pre-employement checks The Skills and Qualities Needed: Experience in recruitment administration Strong organisation skills and attention to detail Experience using internal systems, ideally an ATS system Excellent communication skills Ability to work in a team and independently You must be confident over the phone Must be available quickly and reliable to complete the 2 months needed Interested?
