Working closely with the Recruitment Business Partner and wider HR team, you''ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment and SelectionSupport the full recruitment lifecycle from advertising to offer stageUpload and manage job adverts across systems, job boards and the intranetScreen applications and maintain accurate recruitment logsCoordinate interviews, including scheduling, preparing interview packs and meeting arrangementsWelcome candidates and ensure a professional interview experienceAssist with selection processes, including administration of assessmentsCandidate Management and CommunicationManage the recruitment inbox and respond promptly to queriesAct as a key point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive experienceSupport telephone pre-screening of applicants where requiredEmployer Branding and Social MediaUpdate and maintain recruitment social media contentPromote vacancies and company news to attract high-quality candidatesOnboarding and ComplianceSupport pre-employment checks including references and compliance documentationAssist with onboarding administration and ..... full job details .....
