      <description>Location: Gloucestershire | Salary: 30000.00-30000.00 Annual | Type: Contract | Recruitment Administrator Sector: Agriculture and Horticulture Reports To: Operations Manager  Full time, Contract  Key Responsibilities  Support the recruitment team with sourcing and registering candidates for agricultural and horticultural assignments.  Process candidate applications and maintain accurate workforce records.  Collect and verify Right to Work documentation and other compliance paperwork.  Prepare contracts, starter packs, and onboarding documentation.  Ensure all worker files are complete and up to date.  Process timesheets and assist payroll administration.  Produce reports on workforce numbers, attendance, and recruitment activity.  Provide administrative support to Recruitment Consultants and Managers.  Assist with resolving worker queries and escalating issues where necessary.  Support transport and accommodation arrangements where applicable.
