Pertemps are seeking a dynamic Administrator / Resourcer to join our growing recruitment team in Tamworth!
This would be a great opportunity to develop your skills in recruitment, or even to gain your first opportunity in the industry. As a Candidate Onboarding Administrator, you will form part of a fast-paced service delivery team for some of our largest seasonal recruitment campaigns in the country.
The role would include the following:-
- Telephone screening and interviewing very high volumes of applicants
- Ensuring close adherence to our client's vetting and onboarding criteria
- Conducting Right to Work checks
- Processing DBS checks for applicants
- Updating recruitment trackers and spreadsheets with status of worker onboarding
- Allocating and cancelling shifts using the CRM system
- Fielding a large number of worker enquiries
- Meeting strict fulfilment deadlines for new starters
- General administration, data entry
The attributes we are looking for as follows:-
- Ability to operate effectively in a highly pressurised environment
- Good eye for detail - managing accurate spreadsheet infomation
- Proven expereince of at least 12 months experience in an office / service environment
- Good sense of humour
- Flexible approach to hours (50 hours per week with some additional / antisocial hours as required
- Background as a Branch Support clerk / remote resource management highly preferred
Hours of work: 0800-1700 TBC
All work will be fully on-site; no hybrid or remote working admissable.
