Overview

This is a temporary position for 3 months initially

Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week (flexible working required to meet the needs of a demanding client. This may include some staggered rota patterns

Based:           Carlton Barnsley S71 3LJ

Reports to:     Hub Operations Manager

Scope:           To provide Admin support with regards to recruitment and on boarding of warehouse workers to multiple sites and management reporting

Key Responsibilities:       

- Deliver the highest levels of support to all the sites aligned to the Hub. This should include but not be limited to:                                 

- Place adverts and monitor applications for warehouse candidates across all sites
- Answering recruitment enquires
- Screening, processing and on boarding candidates for training
- Complete necessary right to work checks for all candidates
- Update our social media sites i.e Facebook and Instagram etc
- Maintaining best practice as outlined by the business.

Ensure accuracy at all times associated with the start to end recruitment process
Management of all systems i.e., JobMatching, Online Candidate Portal and Unity
Manage reporting on worker information with regards to sickness and attendance etc.
Ensure all personal objectives are always met.

- PC literate, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- To meet and exceed all tasks and functions without management reminder.
- Previous recruitment experience is preferable
