Recruitment Administrator: 27.5 hours per week Location: Walton on Thames Area Hours: Part-time working hours, ideally 9:00am - 3:00pm with 30 minute breakDays: Monday - FridaySalary: Competitive remuneration package"This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly successful and established organisation, renowned for its positive team culture and superb working environment."Key ResponsibilitiesSupporting the Contracts Manager and Sales Team with administrative and compliance tasksFormatting and editing CVs, including PDF conversion and reworking of layoutsCreating new contracts for both candidates and clients following placementsManaging communications throughout the lifecycle of a contract including extensions, contractual changes and noticesEnsuring all internal systems are accurately maintained and updatedManaging candidate screening, right to work checks and vetting processes via third-party providersAd hoc duties to support the Contracts and Sales Teams, including the MD where requiredAbout YouHighly organised with exceptional attention to detailExcellent Word and good Excel skills essentialStrong overall IT skills and confidence using internal systemsAble to follow processes accurately and consistentlyExcellent communication skills with a positive, helpful approachEager to learn, grow, and develop within the roleInterest in contract law (training will be provided)Some flexibility will be required to cover colleagues'' holidays.Due to the amount of applications we are ..... full job details .....
