We have been recognised as a 3 Star Best Company to work.Our branch is looking for a Branch Administrator to join our dedicated and successful team based in Bristol.Key Responsibilities: Assisting the end-to-end recruitment, ensuring excellent candidate experienceManage advertising response and ensure all candidates are contacted within agreed set time frames at each stage of the recruitment processManage the recruitment email inbox, responding promptly and directing queries where neededPost job adverts across relevant online and social media platformsCarry out occasional salary benchmarking to help us stay competitiveComplete pre-screening checks on applicants as required and manage the boarding processPrepare and send interview packs with all required documents for hiring managersKeep the recruitment database accurate and up to date, tracking vacancy progressSupport with additional recruitment tasks as needed Qualifications and Experience required: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong team-working skills.Ability to handle multiple priorities.Confidence and self-motivation.Good time management and organisational skills.Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in relation to the work undertaken.A minimum basic standard of IT competence ..... full job details .....
