This is a varied and fast-paced role, ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work, thrives on attention to detail, and is passionate about delivering excellent service.You will play a key role in supporting our team, helping to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and an efficient recruitment process.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative and clerical support to the teamAnswering phone calls and calling various stakeholdersAssist with compliance processes, including right-to-work checks and onboarding documentationInput and manage timesheet data accurately and resolve any discrepanciesCoordinate and request shifts with active workersArrange and manage interview bookings and candidate communicationsAct as a key point of contact for all stakeholders and monitor shared inboxesMaintain accurate records and support general data ..... full job details .....
