Recruitment Administrator

Good Afternoon, I am currently representing Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital who are offering an initial temporary contract for a period of 3-6 months with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate at a rate which is negotiable dependent upon experience We are looking for a Recruitment Administrator this role will be based at: NR1 1QQ, Rouen Road The right candidate will: Drafting adverts for review Arranging interviews Preparing conditional offer letters and completing pre-employment recruitment checks Arranging start dates Responding to general enquiries via telephone, email and face to face Supporting at in-person recruitment events Data entry and retrieval for vacancies, applicants and colleagues using the Electronic Staff Records (ESR) system We require the following: Recruitment and customer service experience, including applicant tracking systems and staff record systems. E.g., Trac and ESR.
