Job Title: Shift Co-ordinator / Recruitment ExpertLocation: Petersfield, HampshireSalary: 25,000 per annumJob Type: Full-time, PermanentWorking Hours: flexible daily hours e.g 6am - 2 pm/ 7am - 3 pm/ 8 am - 4 pmAbout the Role:We are seeking a proactive and organised Shift Co-ordinator / Recruitment Expert to join our dynamic on site team in Petersfield. This hybrid role combines operational shift coordination with hands-on recruitment responsibilities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and a strong, reliable workforce.Key Responsibilities:Shift CoordinationPlan, manage, and adjust daily and weekly shift schedules to meet operational demands.Act as the first point of contact for on site staff, resolving attendance, rota, and shift-related queries.Monitor timekeeping, breaks, and shift compliance.Liaise with team leads and managers to ensure adequate staffing levels across all shifts.Maintain accurate records of shift patterns, absences, and overtime.RecruitmentLead end-to-end recruitment for temporary and permanent on site roles.Write and post job adverts across multiple platforms.Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and manage candidate pipelines.Coordinate on boarding, right-to-work checks, and induction processes.Build strong relationships with local job centres, agencies, and community partners to attract talent.Skills and Experience Required:Previous experience in shift coordination, workforce planning, or recruitment (ideally both).Strong organisational and time ..... full job details .....
