Temporary Administrator - Recruitment
Hybrid Working based in Gourock
Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.30pm – 38 hours per week
Pay Rate £14.17 per hour
Our client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join their team on a temporary contract for a minimum of 2 months. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who thrives in a fast-paced, process-driven environment and is confident working with manual systems.
Hybrid Working:
- Work from home 3 days per week
- Office attendance is required every Monday and Tuesday
You'll play a key role in supporting the employee onboarding process, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and within deadlines. This is a high-volume administrative role where precision, organisation, and efficiency are essential.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and mail merging contracts of employment
- Coordinating the onboarding of new employees
- Chasing candidates and stakeholders for outstanding information and documentation
- Maintaining accurate records across manual systems and databases
- Processing large volumes of administration with a high level of accuracy
- Ensuring all documentation is completed and filed correctly
- Supporting the wider team with general administrative tasks as required
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
- Previous experience in a busy administrative role
- Excellent IT skills, including strong proficiency in Microsoft Word (including mail merge), Excel, and Outlook
- Experience using web-based systems and applications via Google Chrome
- Confidence using a variety of online platforms and adapting quickly to new systems
- Outstanding attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- The ability to work quickly without compromising quality
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence working with manual processes and systems
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently while managing repetitive tasks effectively
