This is a delivery-focused role where you''ll work closely with schools, candidates and partner agencies to ensure schools have access to high-quality Teachers, Teaching Assistants and Support Staff when they need them. Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day staffing requirements across a network of schools.Build strong relationships with school leaders, candidates and partner agencies.Source, screen and interview education professionals.Advertise vacancies across job boards and recruitment platforms.Coordinate candidate availability, bookings and placements.Maintain accurate records using CRM and recruitment systems.Work closely with compliance teams to ensure candidate suitability.Resolve staffing issues and provide proactive recruitment solutions.Manage timesheets and placement administration.What We''re Looking ForPrevious experience in recruitment, resourcing or staffing.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Strong ..... full job details .....
