Smile Education is recruiting for an Account Manager to support our partnership with Enquire Learning Trust. This is a key delivery role within our Managed Service Provider team. You will coordinate school staffing requirements, manage bookings, engage candidates, work with partner agencies and ensure all activity is recorded accurately on the CRM. The role would suit someone with experience in recruitment, resourcing, account management, staffing, client service, education, healthcare, social care or another busy service-led environment.  Key responsibilities    Managing day-to-day, short-term and long-term school staffing vacancies.  Acting as a point of contact for schools, candidates, internal teams, partner agencies and the MSP leadership team.  Taking accurate booking details and prioritising urgent requirements.
