You would be speaking to key decision makers, over the phone and in face to face meetings, within high spending recruitment consultancies, advertising agencies and direct clients.As Recruitment Account Manager your client base would be 50% new business and 50% existing business (where you would focus your time on up-selling and cross selling additional opportunities).
