The Role: - Source, screen, and interview candidates for temporary and permanent industrial vacancies- Manage the recruitment process from application through to placement- Coordinator candidate on boarding, compliance checks, and registrations - Attend client sites to conduct candidate inductions and support workers - Schedule shift rotas and manage workforce bookings to meet client requirements - Monitor attendance and manage absence reporting - Build and maintain strong relationships with key client contacts - Liaise regularly with clients to understand staffing needs ..... full job details .....
