The primary focus of this role will be sourcing highly skilled engineering and technical professionals for UK employers, with a significant proportion of candidates requiring Skilled Worker visa sponsorship.  You will be responsible for building talent pipelines across the UK and overseas markets, sourcing professionals including welders, fabricators, technicians, truck mechanics, maintenance engineers, process engineers, senior process engineers and principal engineers.  Approximately 80% of the candidates you source will be international candidates relocating to the UK under Skilled Worker visa routes, with a strong focus on South Africa, as well as sourcing talent from the Middle East, Sri Lanka and other global markets.
