Recreation Assistant Ref No: 13431 This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and passionate individual with a background in sport and leisure to join the Sports Facilities Team at Solent University, based at Test Park. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality sports and leisure services, supporting a wide range of activities and helping to provide an excellent experience for students, staff, and external users. The role will involve a combination of front-of-house responsibilities, outdoor grounds support, and the setup of sports facilities, with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting the delivery of a wide range of outdoor sporting activities and ensuring that facilities are maintained to a high standard. The successful candidate will be required to work flexibly on a shift rota across the University''s sports facilities, with the role being predominantly based at Test Park Sports Facility.
