Our North East Lincolnshire Recovery Service responds to the needs of people across the county, working in locations throughout Lincolnshire to maximise the opportunities for service users. As a Recovery Worker, you''ll make a real difference as you empower and enable people to change. Role Responsibility Recovery workers act as ''key workers'' to a caseload of service users, supporting them to decide their goals around treatment and develop plans to achieve these. The role includes maintaining regular face to face contact with your clients, offering advice, information and psycho-social interventions as well as providing assessments, risk management planning and working closely with our clinical staff around prescribing needs and partner agencies.
