Job Introduction You''ll be based at our SE London (Southwark) based low support residential services for 14 men with a history of offending and complex presentation that may include dual diagnosis. As part of our social care team, you will work in partnership with clinicians employed by South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust, as well as with our partners within probation/police services. Passionate about supporting people, this position will provide you with an opportunity to enhance your own life and career too, as you make this role your own as part of our friendly, multidisciplinary team. Role Responsibility Join our team and you will be working within the context of a psychologically informed service, responsible for your own caseload, undertaking and formulating risk assessments, and putting effective personalised, recovery-based care and support plans in place. In a role where no two days are the same, you will engage with our residents through group work and activities that may involve therapeutic principles, and will be providing individual support to enable the residents to make informed choices about their future. You will be required to work 37 hours per week, in a shift pattern which ensures the service is staffed 7 days a week.
