      <description>Location: Hatfield | Salary: 10000-500000 Hourly | Type: Permanent | Recovery Worker - Substance Misuse  Location: Hatfield, Hertfordshire  Contract: 3 Months  Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday  Pay: From £16.00 per hour Umbrella - pay may be increased depending on relevant direct Recovery Worker experience  Start: ASAP  About the Role We are looking for an experienced Recovery Worker to join a specialist substance misuse service in Hatfield on an initial 3-month contract. You will support service users throughout their recovery journey, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to reduce drug and alcohol-related harm and promote long-term recovery.   Key Responsibilities   Support service users from assessment through treatment and recovery.  Complete screening, assessments and risk assessments.  Manage a caseload and develop person-centred recovery plans.  Deliver psychosocial interventions and motivational support.  Provide harm-reduction advice and support.  Make appropriate referrals to partner services.  Advocate for service users and help overcome barriers to support.  Support social reintegration, resilience and independence.
