You will support service users throughout their recovery journey, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to reduce drug and alcohol-related harm and promote long-term recovery. Key Responsibilities Support service users from assessment through treatment and recovery. Complete screening, assessments and risk assessments. Manage a caseload and develop person-centred recovery plans. Deliver psychosocial interventions and motivational support. Provide harm-reduction advice and support. Make appropriate referrals to partner services. Advocate for service users and help overcome barriers to support. Support social reintegration, resilience and independence.
