The service provides recovery-focused, trauma-informed psychosocial interventions within an integrated healthcare model, supporting men aged 18 and over with drug and/or alcohol-related needs. Working alongside healthcare and prison partners, the team delivers support across key areas including early days in custody, planned care, resettlement and release. As the Recovery Worker -Peer Supporter Lead, you will play a key role in developing and embedding peer-led support within the prison. You will recruit, train and supervise service users as Peer Supporters and Mentors, enabling them to provide encouragement, guidance and recovery-focused support to others.
