We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and compassionate Recovery Worker to join a mental health service supporting individuals on their recovery journey.This is a rewarding opportunity to work with people experiencing mental health challenges, helping them regain independence and improve their wellbeing through person-centred support.Key ResponsibilitiesSupporting individuals with mental health needs in a recovery-focused environmentCarrying out mental health and risk assessments and contributing to care planningDelivering person-centred support plans tailored to individual needsRecognising and responding appropriately to individuals in crisis situationsFacilitating and participating in groupwork sessionsWorking collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams and external agenciesMaintaining accurate records and documentationPromoting independence, wellbeing, and social inclusionRequirementsProven experience working with individuals in crisisExperience carrying out Mental Health assessmentsExperience delivering or supporting groupwork activitiesMinimum NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)At least 2 years'' experience in a mental health settingStrong understanding of safeguarding and risk managementExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDesirableKnowledge of the Mental Health Act and recovery modelsExperience working within multi-agency ..... full job details .....
