      <description>Location: Brighton | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | Recovery Worker Brighton and Hove £28,426   This is an exciting opportunity to make real impact within an established, award-winning, innovative voluntary sector organisation.    Our client provides structured drug and alcohol treatment and recovery services for women, children and families affected by substance use.    As a Recovery Worker, you will work within a specialist, trauma-informed, gender-responsive and child-centred service delivering structured interventions to support women and families to achieve positive and lasting change.    You will work directly with women and some men (via partnerships) impacted by substance use. Your role as a Recovery Worker will include conducting assessments, providing care coordination / key work to a caseload of clients on an individual basis (face to face and over the phone) and facilitation of groups.    The women on your caseload will be experiencing problems with drugs and/or alcohol and be working towards recovery.
