Sounds great, what will I be doing? As a Recovery Worker, you will provide person-centred support to adults with complex mental health needs who may be at risk of homelessness. Working closely with service users, you will empower individuals to manage their wellbeing, build independence, and work towards achieving their personal goals through tailored support plans that are co-produced and regularly reviewed.
