Recovery Worker

Our mission is to empower individuals to rebuild their lives and achieve independence. Right now, we are looking for a Recovery Worker to play a pivotal role in our Ealing Mental Health Service. Sounds great, what will I be doing? As a Recovery Worker, you will provide person-centred support to adults with complex mental health needs who may be at risk of homelessness. Working closely with service users, you will empower individuals to manage their wellbeing, build independence, and work towards achieving their personal goals through tailored support plans that are co-produced and regularly reviewed. You will manage a caseload of service users, helping them to access appropriate services, community resources, education, volunteering opportunities, leisure activities, and healthcare support. A key part of the role involves building positive working relationships with external agencies, statutory services, and community organisations to ensure service users receive coordinated support that promotes recovery and social inclusion. You will also facilitate group activities, encourage peer support, and create opportunities that help service users develop confidence, resilience, and meaningful social networks.
