As a Recovery Worker, you will provide high-quality, person-centred, and recovery-focused support to individuals experiencing mental distress, helping them improve their wellbeing, build resilience, and prevent the escalation of mental health difficulties. You will manage a caseload of service users, delivering assessments, risk management, safety planning, and short-term interventions tailored to individual needs.
