We are seeking a dedicated worker to manage a caseload of clients needing early intervention or prevention support with their mental health. The role involves delivering group activities and programmes, co-producing support with service users, and empowering them to engage effectively with professionals and community services. You will help develop peer support networks, monitor wellbeing and safety, and ensure all safeguarding concerns are addressed.
