You will manage a caseload and deliver a range of harm reduction, abstinence-based and psychosocial interventions, including: Comprehensive assessments, risk management and SMART care plans. Structured 1:1 and group interventions. Motivational interviewing and harm reduction advice. Recovery-focused support and continuity of care. Partnership working with Housing, Employment, Healthcare, Probation and other services. Accurate recording and contribution to service outcomes and targets. Flexibility is required, including some evening/weekend work and occasional travel to other projects within the cluster. About You We re looking for someone who is compassionate, non-judgemental and committed to supporting people affected by substance misuse.
