The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating and delivering effective recovery programmes, providing guidance and support to individuals in their recovery journey.   Key Responsibilities:     Assess and support individuals with substance misuse issues, developing tailored recovery plans.   Coordinate and monitor client progress, ensuring consistent and effective support.   Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team, including healthcare professionals, social services, and other agencies.
