This organisation is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of individuals facing mental health challenges. The role and responsibilities:Provide one-to-one support to individuals experiencing mental health issues at the supported accommodation service, and out in the community.Support clients to help create support plans unique to their needs.Conduct regular assessments and reviews of client progress.Collaborate with other professionals and agencies to ensure comprehensive support.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and progress.Encourage and motivate clients to engage in their recovery journey.Work flexibly on a 30 hour per week contract which may include weekends and working early and late shifts.Provide support to residents with attending appointments. Required Skills and Qualifications:Experience in supporting adults with mental health issues or within similar settingsKnowledge of housing support services and community resources.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong ..... full job details .....
