Recovery Team Manager

We are seeking a compassionate, proactive, and experienced leader to join our staff as a Recovery Team Manager at our mental health supported living service in Leicester. Your varied and rewarding role will include responsibility for: Leadership and operational management of the service Deployment of staff according to assessed needs Management and co-ordination of all aspects of service delivery Liaison and joint working with the landlord Assessment, support planning and positive risk management Mentoring, supervising and supporting staff Organising person-centred reviews Enabling pathways to independence and move on as appropriate Promoting the service to referrers and potential service users Building positive partnerships As the Team Manager, you will ensure that our services are delivered effectively in accordance with assessed needs, contract requirements, quality standards, and outcomes. You will work to assess service users'' needs and plan a successful transition into the service, creating the foundations for greater independence and personal fulfillment. Some of the people moving into this service will be young, moving from other placements, or may not have held a tenancy previously. You will ensure these individuals are enabled to make progress in their personal recovery journey, and attain goals relating to their mental health and wellbeing, independence, maintenance of their tenancy, quality of life, and community connections.
