Recovery Team Manager

We are seeking a compassionate, proactive, and experienced leader to join our staff as a Recovery Team Manager at our mental health recovery service in Leicester. This service is located close to the city centre, and comprises of 27 self-contained one bed apartments, with a communal lounge, and on-site staff office. The site is commissioned by Leicester County Council, and works in partnership with Housing, referrers, agencies, and other care managers. Your varied and rewarding role will include responsibility for: Leadership and operational management of the service Deployment of staff according to assessed needs Management and co-ordination of all aspects of service delivery Liaison and joint working with the landlord Assessment, support planning and positive risk management Mentoring, supervising and supporting staff Organising person-centred reviews Enabling pathways to independence and move on as appropriate Promoting the service to referrers and potential service users Building positive partnerships As the Team Manager, you will ensure that our services are delivered effectively in accordance with assessed needs, contract requirements, quality standards, and outcomes. You will work to assess service users'' needs and plan a successful transition into the service, creating the foundations for greater independence and personal fulfillment.
